Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
Introduction to the General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hgyz platform and all associated services. When you register an account, log in, or use any feature of this platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. hgyz reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and enjoy gaming services at hgyz, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request a copy of a valid ID or national identity card to verify your age. If it is found that a user is under 21, the relevant account will be closed immediately and any related transactions will be considered void.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and any bonuses or winnings held within them may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Registering with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. Any changes to your information must be reported to our customer service without delay.
- Your provided email address, phone number, and identity document details must be accurate.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at hgyz is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits via any other method are not accepted. Your deposit will be credited to your account securely.
3.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. However, in special cases and after proper verification, an alternative method may be considered.
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
- Additional verification may apply for suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency
All transactions on hgyz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonus & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applied only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each user may receive each promotion only once.
- Bonuses are not equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if misuse or manipulation is suspected.
- Bonuses have a set expiry — unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
- hgyz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hgyz platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:
- Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Operating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the system.
- Interfering with the platform's security or conducting cyberattacks.
VIP Program & Rewards
The hgyz VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback — the entry point for newly active players.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback — earn promotion through regular play.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback — the highest benefits for the most active players.
